MMDC is humbled and excited to welcome CareFitCoaching.com (website launching soon) as a client. Ms. Kylee Heflin is fitness expert and enthusiast with a strong passion for helping women, particularity new moms, regain their health and fitness, or to get started on a new fitness journey.

CareFitCoaching.com is going to offer Live, One-on-One, Video fitness training sessions that can be purchased from their new website. Sessions can be purchased 1 at a time, or as a discounted package. Kylee is also going to offer free, 15 minute video chat sessions that can be used to discuss fitness goals, current capabilities, and what to expect when signing up to train with Kylee.

Located in South Carolina, Kylee is a new mom and is thoroughly familiar with the new stresses and responsibilities that come with welcoming a new child into the home. She is dedicated to help others plan for and be motivated for making health and fitness a priority in a busy life.
