Standing Together in September: Supporting Awareness for Suicide Prevention and Childhood Cancer
Honoring the International Association for Suicide Prevention and the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation

Shining a Light on Suicide Prevention
Every year, millions of people are impacted by suicide, making awareness and prevention efforts more important than ever.
The International Association for Suicide Prevention (IASP) has been at the forefront of this mission since 1960, working tirelessly to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and save lives through education, advocacy, and community support.
Their global initiatives - such as
World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10 - encourage open dialogue, provide resources, and remind individuals that help is always available. By supporting IASP this September, MMDC joins a worldwide movement to foster hope and spread the message: you are not alone.
Fighting for Brighter Futures in Pediatric Cancer
September is also Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, a time to honor children and families facing unimaginable challenges. The
National Pediatric Cancer Foundation (NPCF) is dedicated to funding innovative research to eliminate childhood cancer. With a focus on collaborative partnerships and cutting-edge science, the NPCF is working to increase survival rates while reducing the side effects of treatment.
Every child deserves a future full of possibilities, and the NPCF is helping to make that future a reality. By standing with them, MMDC is proud to support groundbreaking research that gives hope and healing to young patients and their families.
Why September Matters
Both suicide prevention and childhood cancer awareness highlight causes that affect families and communities worldwide. September reminds us of the importance of compassion, understanding, and action. These causes may be different, but they share one common thread: the mission to save lives and support those who need it most.
At MMDC, we believe that our role in digital marketing extends beyond strategy and solutions - it’s also about building stronger, more connected communities. Supporting IASP and NPCF is one way we put that belief into action.
A Shared Commitment to Change
This September, as we raise awareness for both suicide prevention and childhood cancer, MMDC is proud to amplify the voices of these two extraordinary organizations. Together, we can spread hope, fund vital research, and build a brighter tomorrow for families everywhere.
