Empowering Change Worldwide: MMDC Supports Global Fund for Women This March

MMDC Stands Behind a Global Movement Advancing Equality

Progress is rarely accidental; it’s driven by people who challenge the status quo, raise their voices, and create change where it’s needed most. This March, in honor of Women’s History Month, MMDC is proud to support Global Fund for Women, an organization dedicated to advancing gender equality and empowering women and girls around the world.

For over three decades, Global Fund for Women has been at the forefront of supporting grassroots movements that advocate for justice, opportunity, and human rights. Their mission is simple yet powerful: to fund bold, feminist movements that create lasting change.

But behind that mission are real stories, of women leading change in their communities, of girls gaining access to education, of advocates reshaping policies, and of entire communities moving toward greater equity.

Fueling Change Where It Matters Most

Unlike traditional top-down funding m models, Global Fund for Women invests directly in grassroots organizations, those closest to the challenges and best positioned to create meaningful solutions. These are often small, community-led groups working in areas where support is limited but the need is great.

From advancing education and healthcare to protecting against gender-based violence and advocating for political representation, the organization’s work spans across more than 170 countries.

Their approach is rooted in trust, believing that those experiencing inequality are also those best equipped to drive change. And time and again, that belief has proven powerful.

The Power of Doubling Impact

This March brings a unique opportunity to amplify that impact even further. In celebration of Women’s History Month, every donation made to Global Fund for Women will be matched up to $50,000, effectively doubling the support for women-led movements worldwide.

That means every act of generosity, big or small, goes twice as far in fueling programs, supporting advocates, and strengthening communities. It’s a reminder that collective action matters. When individuals come together with a shared purpose, the ripple effect can be profound.

Why This Matters to MMDC

At MMDC, we believe that meaningful impact extends beyond business. Supporting organizations like Global Fund for Women reflects a commitment to equity, inclusion, and the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Women’s History Month is not only a time to reflect on the achievements of women throughout history, but it’s also a call to continue the work that still lies ahead. Around the world, systemic barriers to education, safety, and opportunity exist.

By supporting Global Fund for Women, we’re contributing to a future where those barriers are broken down, not just for today, but for generations to come.

A Future Built on Equality

The work of Global Fund for Women is a powerful reminder that change doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen when people are given the resources, support, and platform to lead.

This March, as we celebrate Women’s History Month, MMDC is honored to stand alongside an organization that is helping shape a more just and equitable world. Because when women and girls are supported, entire communities rise.
