Jim Moore, CEO and Webmaster - Founded MMDC in 1998 and has been at the helm ever since.

Jim's degree is in psychology and he is fascinated with melding the complexities of human behavior with the technical work of web development to produce highly-optimized websites. When not engaged in an enjoyable project challenge, Jim serves at Alfred State College as an Adjunct Instructor sharing Computer Science and Microsoft Application classes with a great bunch of students.

Jim and his Beautiful Wife Kathy have been married since 1984. Their family includes two children (Colby and Dylan) and one grandchild (Madelyn Grace). They share their home with 3 dogs and small black cat named Karl Jane Hooper.

Darren Canfield, Account Rep and Web Developer - Darren interned with us through his college career and joined the agency formally upon graduating with a degree in computer graphics.

Darren enjoys interacting with clients as an Account Representative and rolling up his sleeves and marking up files as a developer.

Derek Land, Account Rep and Web Developer - Derek comes from a Print-oriented study through School, and has enjoyed doing web design since 2001. His strengths include a sometimes opinionated passion for usability and web standards. Derek enjoys cutting up a site mock and seeing it come alive as it's coded together. Derek is admired for his attention to detail. Derek's areas of expertise include Photoshop and CSS.

Mike Tangorre, Cold Fusion Engineer- We have enjoyed Mike's association with MMDC from his early years at a local university. Mike graduated with a degree in Computer Programming and is a certified Cold Fusion Engineer.

Mike designs and engineers all of our high-level data bases. He also produces the vast majority of our Cold Fusion mark-up. Project Management responsibilities and the writing of project protocol documents also benefit from his expertise.

Joel Dudley, Web Developer and Programmer- We have enjoyed Joe's work for several years beginning back in his college days.

Joel is the programming equivalent of a "Jack of All Trades" and develops with ease in multiple languages. Joel develops the majority of our PHP programming.

Alicia Soles, Client Care - Ms. Alicia has benefited and supported our work since 2006. Our clients enjoy speaking with Alicia to address support and billing questions.
