Search Engine Optimization
Our approach to Search Engine Market includes a balanced strategy that has as it foundation four important components:
1. Website Traffic and Visitor Behavior Evaluation - Before we make any recommendation to you we collect and thoroughly evaluate data being produced by your website. Clearly, to have value, our Search Engine Optimization recommendations must be based on a correct understanding of:
- Who is visiting your site
- How your visitors are finding you
- What your visitors are doing when they arrive
2. Keyword Valuation - We ask you to produce a list of keywords and key phrases for which you would like your site optimized. From your list we produce a Keyword Valuation report that includes the information you need to make a good decision about the allocation of your SEO budget.
Because we offer you a fixed-price per keyword/key phrase (see Search Engin Optimization Costs below) knowing what potential value each keyword/key phrase holds is crucial to properly planning your Search Engine Optimization budget.
3.Planning and Implementation - Only after a we have thoroughly evaluated your site's current data, and you have had opportunity to properly plan your search engine optimization budget do we create an action plan and begin its implementation.
4. Monitoring and Adjustments - After implementation of our SEO Plan, we monitor the new data produced by your site. 8 weeks after implementation we provide you a Success Report. If we have not achieved the results we planned for, we provide suggestions for modifications.
Search Engine Optimization Costs:
The cost of completing the Website Traffic and Visitor Behavior Evaluation is $150.00 and includes:
- Two one hour discussions (initial strategy meeting and a report review meeting)
- Implementation of Goggle Analytics on all of your site's pages (up to 25 pages)
- Production of 5 part report that includes our conclusion and recommendations
Planning and implementation of the optimization strategy is $60.00 per keyword/key phrase (minimum $120.00) and includes:
- Keyword valuation report
- Completion of all onsite tasks included in our optimization strategy
- 8 Week Success Report
- Implementation of modifications suggested in your Success Report
